It's sometimes amazing how differences like the color of the car (or the wheels, I suppose), what body mods (if any), ride height, etc. can really alter the character of the car in subtle ways. The wheels often alter it greatly, but when someone tries to keep a reasonably consistent "character" for the car, then the wheels often complement and enhance the rest of the car rather than detract from it. On my car, for instance, I love wheels with mesh spokes and deep shiny dish lips, but it just didn't seem to suit my perceptions of my own car, so I opted for the 17" bronze BR Pro-N1 wheels.
